Elizabeth is by far the BEST realtor I’ve ever encountered in my life….and that’s saying a lot as I have worked in finance and lending for the past 25 years. She was and is over the top remarkable. My mother passed away unexpectedly last year. She left no will and no directives therefore all her assets ended up in probate….for which I was left to handle. To say I was overwhelmed, was an understatement. There was so much to do, most notably dealing with her home of nearly 40 years. To top it off, I lived out of state and after being in LA for 5 weeks to handle my mother’s affairs, I had to get back home to my 4 kids, pets, and career. It was imperative I find someone to deal with the sale of her home…so I did what most people do these days and I googled best realtor in San Fernando Valley. It was there I came upon Elizabeth. After reading her glowing reviews, I reached out. She got back to me immediately and came to my mother’s home within 24 hours to discuss the situation and scope out the project. She was intelligent, helpful, compassionate, competent, responsive, had experience with probate transactions and had a robust team behind her to help me each step of the way. I knew she was the right fit as soon as we met. She arranged for her team to come meet me before I had to head home. I met the contractor, the stager, the septic professional and her teammate who helped to project manage all the players. I felt surrounded by proficiency and trusted that everything would go well in my absence. They handled the entire process for me from afar….the construction upgrades, the painting, the landscaping, the staging, the signing….and never did they miss a beat. In the end, I received nearly a dozen offers within days of listing, with half of the offers over the asking price! I cannot express the gratitude I have for Elizabeth and her entire team. Elizabeth made a very difficult time feel effortless and her vast knowledge resulted in not only $44K over asking but also the utmost respect to my childhood home and my mother’s legacy.

Elizabeth and her team are truly incredible! My husband and I were searching for our first house, and with our first baby due at the end of June 2020, we were in a bit of a rush. Having just moved from Wisconsin to LA, we knew literally nothing about the LA market. Born and raised in LA, Elizabeth has 20 years of experience in buying and selling homes in this area.

We started looking in early March, at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, and Elizabeth was professional and helpful every step of the way! She is knowledgeable, honest, kind, and extremely thorough. She and her team kept us updated and informed every step of the way. She truly had our best interests at heart and fought for what we wanted. During an unstable time in the world, Elizabeth and her team made finding our house less stressful than I had ever imagined!

Elizabeth sells homes but she STOLE my heart!!

Elizabeth is a great realtor. She finds areas that fit your price point, and doesn’t push you to pursue things that will break your bank. She is a great negotiator and is just the person you want to work with when finding your home.

She helped my husband and I buy our first house and we couldn’t be happier. Elizabeth made the insanely stressful and crazy process that is purchasing a home smooth and easy, and was always available if we had a question / needed something explained to us.

I hope to work with Elizabeth on any home purchases in the future & will recommend any friend or colleague who is purchasing a home in the LA area to choose her as their realtor.

We live out of town and need a professional to handle the sale of our mother’s home after her passing. Elizabeth and her team were prompt and professional. I had such a beautiful experience selling my home with Elizabeth Marquart at RE/MAX Estate Properties as my realtor. I didn’t know anything about selling a home. I reached out to Elizabeth (who I was fortunate enough to have as a neighbor) and asked her if the time was right to sell. She gave two sides (answers) to that question – pros and cons which I thought was very honest for a realtor to do. I decided to go with her and let her list my home. It was amazing! She knew some people looking for a home in my neighborhood and reached out to them. It all happened so fast we never even listed my home or did an open house, or took pictures, etc. And she held my hand the whole way through the process. Elizabeth’s assistant Nicole is also amazing also and together those two gals handled the sell so smoothly – it was truly a gift having them. I’m not going to say it’s easy-peasy to sell your home, but Elizabeth helped me, and answered all the questions I had, and eased my worries about moving, relocating, selling my home, etc. I recommend her highly! She is dedicated, thorough, integrable and honest. You can’t ask for more than that. Oh, AND she got me a GREAT price on my home. Thanks Elizabeth!!!

Elizabeth is an extraordinary agent. During a pandemic and a roller coaster time in the market, she expertly guided me through both selling and buying a home.
